Best kelpie raincoat I’ve found
My kelpie x Bim looks great and stays very dry in her marine blue raincoat. She is short for a kelpie (the staffy in her) and I was worried the medium would swamp her. But there are plenty of toggles and straps to get a perfect fit without it being complicated. I highly recommend this raincoat for active dogs who like being the boss.
