Return and Exchange policy 

We truly hope that you love your new Surfdog purchases, however, we are here to help if you need to return an item.

We do not exchange, credit or refund any embroidered or customised items. Get in touch and we will see if we can do something for you.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please add a note or copy of the invoice in the satchel so we can process your refund. We suggest using an Australia Post Pre Paid satchel, make sure you keep the tracking number

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item, (usually because you have selected the wrong size,) is to re order the size you require so we can despatch it straight away, and send the other back to us following the instructions above. 

If you do not mind waiting then return the incorrect item to us and add a note explaining want you would like to exchange for and we will despatch asap. Any difference is price will be charged with an additional invoice or refunded if the exchanged item is of lesser cost.

Late or missing refunds 

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 12 days, please contact us.
