Return and Exchange policy
We truly hope that you love your new Surfdog purchases, however, we are here to help if you need to return an item.
We do not exchange, credit or refund any customised items
FULL PRICED NON SALE ITEMS
Returns
If you need to return any full priced item we are happy to offer a full refund as long as items are returned in as new condition with labels attached. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment as the purchase
Exchanges
If you have ordered incorrect size or colour and wish to exchange..
2 Options depending on how quickly you require replacement
- Re order the item you require for immediate delivery. Send the incorrect item back for a refund. (make sure you add a note explaining you have reordered and request a refund)
- If you would prefer to wait and return for an exchange then please pack securely, add a note with regards the exchange required and send back to the address below. In this instance please also provide a prepaid self addressed satchel for the redelivery of goods required.
Sale Items
We are unable to refund Sale Items but are able to offer exchange or store credit.
2 Options
Where you have ordered incorrect size, colour etc
1. Re order for immediate delivery of correct goods and we will provide a refund for incorrect goods once returned. We do not refund sale priced items without a prior reorder.
Re-order online and return incorrect item to us
- accompanied by a copy of the invoice or order confirmation or a note detailing the invoice number. Add a note that you have reordered.

- returned within 14 days of delivery
2. Return items for us and we will issue a store credit to spend at your leisure

How to return an item:
- Please ensure item is good as new and neatly package.
- Add a note explaining your requirements, and lodge at Australia Post over the counter within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
- Add our email address to shipping label/satchel, so the post office can advise if they are unable to deliver and we need to collect info@surfdogaustralia.com
- Please retain your tracking number & Australia Post receipt for proof of lodgement. For International customers the same applies with the carrier of your choice.

Faulty Items
Surfdog will pay for return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items and offer a full refund or replacement of the goods. This does not apply to embroidered or customized items. Simply email us at info@surfdogaustralia.com.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund/credit and you will receive confirmation. Your refund/credit will be processed within 7 days of when we receive the return.
Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss, will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return.
Surfdog does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices).
Please note:
Surfdog is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Surfdog reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Surfdog does not cover the cost of international or local returns, unless the garment is either faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 12 days, please contact us.
