Australian Insurance companies are refusing to give company public liability insurance to sellers to the USA..seems there is a bit of an industry of claims being made. So you will not be able to checkout if you are in the USA. Please contact us direct at info@surfdogaustralia.com. Delivery Information:

Christmas shipping. Last date we can ship orders is 17th December. Embroidery orders must be receive by Monday 16th for us to get in post on time. We have set up a special rate Express Shipping Option to ensure speedier delivery for Christmas. Australia Post give an 'estimated' delivery time of 3-5 business days from WA to the East Cost. It is quicker in WA.

We ship International orders direct from Western Australia. Rates according to weight and available at checkout. All our items are in stock unless we are in manufacturing and then you have the option to pre-order.

We add a coupe of extra days to the Australia Post time estimate and hope your items arrive within these times. We apologies for any delays to these times owing to Australia Post operations. Remember delivery estimates are in Business days and exclude weekends

All orders are despatched within 24/48 Hours. Embroidery or custom names take up to 7 business days to enter the post system although tracking numbers are allocated as soon as we put in the embroidery queue.

All our products are despatched from Western Australia 

Our Shipping rates include:

  • Regular Delivery - via Australia Post typically arrives within 8-12 business days.  This is a regular postal service targeted to arrive within that time frame but can on occasions take a bit longer generally depending on location.  
  • Express Delivery - via Australia Express Post is targeted delivery in 2-4 business days within the Express Post network. Please be aware Express delivery times with Australia Post are not guaranteed and are subject to delays just like standard post  and we cannot be held responsible for delays within their network. Express delivery times are quoted from city to city and rural areas may require additional  days for goods to be received. This network covers most metropolitan areas.  If you aren't sure if your address is within the network you can check on the Australia Post website
  • Redirection - when you receive tracking updates you will have an option to redirect your parcel but please be aware this will have an impact on the quoted delivery time.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays within Australia Post and our couriers networks.  We will raise cases with the couriers if there are delays and assist you to the extent we can. Australia Post do not deem an Express Parcel or Standard parcel to be lost in transit unless 30 days have passed since the item was lodged. It is then possible to lodge a missing parcel claim.

All orders will have a tracking number which we strongly recommend you check.  If you believe there is a problem with your delivery (e.g., lost), please let us know as soon as possible. Or contact Australia Post by calling 137678  

Australia Post's recent changes now allow default 'safe drop' please check your emails and phone for updates from them. If you have a preferred safe drop location please leave a note in the box under the cart.  If there is not a 'safe place' out of sight.  Please keep an eye on the tracking information

Once an order has been processed and despatched it cannot be cancelled and often the address can't be changed.  If an order is refused by the customer, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges.

International Shipping is sent via Australia Post and International partners. Express is available. Please be aware that depending on your country you may be eligible for import Duties and charges.

Our currency converter will convert prices into your currency whilst viewing products but at checkout you will pay in AU$ as with all International transactions payments must be received in host country’s currency. 
This confusion only happens with US customers as we both use the $ sign. 🤦‍♀️

Tracking updates are slow to appear in country of destination until parcel arrives into your local postal depot.
