Returns Policy
We want you to love our products but if you are not thrilled with your order we will gladly accept returns for a refund or store credit within 15 days of you receiving it. Refunds and exchanges are not available on any embroidered or custom made items like wetsuits.
We do not refund any initial shipping costs in any refund or exchange.

Want the correct items quickly? Place a new order for the correct item/s for immediate delivery. Then go to our https://www.surfdogaustralia.com/a/returnzap to arrange a return and refund on the original purchase. We will despatch new items immediately and refund the others once we receive back.
- Don't mind waiting? Arrange an exchange at https://www.surfdogaustralia.com/a/returnzap Select the item you would like to exchange for. Once we receive the return we will despatch the items selected in the exchange. If there are any price differences in the exchanged products we will either refund you or send you a new invoice for any additional payment. We charge a $10 Restocking/Redelivery Fee.
The Returns Portal will provide you with a return address. You will be responsible for the cost of the return. Please be sure to include a copy of the Return Form in your parcel. Your return must be received within 20 days of your Return Request approval. Any returns outside of this window will be cancelled.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUND REQUESTS
Within 15 days of delivery you can select to return any item (excluding embroidered or custom items like wetsuits) for a Refund, or a Credit Voucher +15% bonus as an alternative to a refund. Just go to https://www.surfdogaustralia.com/a/returnzap
Once goods are received back, a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Allow up to 12 days for payment providers to process. If you haven't received a refund within 12 days, please contact us at info@surfdogaustralia.com.
If you select a Credit Voucher this will be forwarded to you by email to spend at your leisure.
We are in WA so please allow time for your return to reach us.
